Our refund policy concerns course bundles, subscriptions and paid memberships only, as well as the purchase of more than one course at the same time. No refund will be offered foe single purchases of one course. Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Requests for refunds will be approved, if done within 14 days of purchase. We may decline your request only if you have completed more than 80% of at least 10 courses on the site, which would imply that you did actually benefit importantly from our offering. In such case we will deduct a pro-rata amount from the amount to be refunded, based on the time passed since payment.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
